Reduce Admin helps healthcare organisations reduce administration, strengthen compliance and give clinical and operational staff more time for the work that matters.
We are UK healthcare operations specialists, Cyber Essentials certified. We are not an AI agency. The service is reducing administration — AI and automation are simply the tools we use where they produce measurable results. Every engagement starts with understanding how your organisation actually runs, not with a product to sell.
Every system we build is deployed on your own environment and owned outright by your organisation. We do not hold your data on our own infrastructure.
We work exclusively with UK healthcare providers: care groups, private healthcare, CHC and complex care firms, community healthcare, GP federations, healthcare charities and Primary Care Networks.
The founder
Systems proven in our own business before advising anyone else.
Nicky spent nine years as an automation engineer at Unilever, working across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics operations. The work was practical and measurable: identify the bottleneck, build the fix, test it under real conditions, hand it over.
Before advising any healthcare client, Nicky spent three years building and running AI-first businesses. The same operational systems offered to clients were built and refined there first. Reduce Admin was founded because those systems worked.
That principle has not changed. We do not advise on approaches we have not run ourselves. We do not sell outcomes we have not measured.

Common questions
Is Reduce Admin a software company or a consultancy?
Neither. Reduce Admin designs and builds operational improvement systems using existing tools and AI where appropriate. We do not sell software licences or consulting reports. We build, test and hand over working systems that your team can operate.
Do you work outside healthcare?
No. We work exclusively with UK healthcare providers. The regulatory environment, compliance requirements and operational pressures in healthcare require specific knowledge that we have built over time. Working in a single sector means we understand it properly.
What types of healthcare organisation do you work with?
Care groups, private healthcare providers, CHC and complex care firms, community healthcare, GP federations, healthcare charities and Primary Care Networks. If your organisation delivers or administers healthcare in the UK, the Operations Audit will tell you clearly whether we can help.
How do you handle clinical data and compliance?
Patient data and PII remain inside your Microsoft estate. We do not extract or move sensitive data without explicit agreement and appropriate safeguards. All clinical builds include human-in-the-loop oversight. We work within UK GDPR, NHS DSPT and relevant AI governance frameworks including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001. We are Cyber Essentials certified, and every system we build is deployed on your own environment and owned outright by your organisation.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. The Operations Audit is a standalone fixed-fee engagement. The 90-Day Admin Reduction Sprint is a one-off project. The Ongoing Operations Partnership is available for organisations that want ongoing support, but it is optional. There are no lock-in clauses at any stage.
