The founder
Nine years of automation. Three years of AI businesses.
Nicky spent nine years as an automation engineer at Unilever, working across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations. The work was practical and measurable: identify the bottleneck, build the fix, test it, hand it over.
Three years ago, Nicky left Unilever to build AI-first businesses, not to advise on AI, but to run it. Those businesses used the same automation systems now offered to clients. They are still running, still automating, and still measurably faster than their competitors. Reduce Admin exists because the systems worked.

Is Reduce Admin a software company or a consultancy?
Neither, precisely. Reduce Admin builds custom automation systems using existing AI and software tools. We do not sell software licences. We do not sell advice. We build, test, and hand over working systems that your team can operate.
What size of business do you work with?
UK SMEs with annual turnover between £1M and £8M. Below that threshold, the automation ROI often does not justify the investment. Above it, most businesses have internal engineering capacity and do not need us.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. The AI Operations Review is free. The 90-Day Automation Sprint is a one-off fixed-fee project. The Fractional CAIO Retainer is month-to-month. There are no lock-in clauses at any tier.
What happens if the automation does not work as promised?
Every sprint includes a testing phase against your real data and a defined performance threshold. If the system does not hit the agreed metric, we continue working at no additional cost until it does.
