The audit is delivered within 24 hours of the assessment session. If you book a 90-Day Admin Reduction Sprint within 30 days of receiving the audit, the £1,500 fee is credited in full toward the sprint cost.

We focus on four areas where healthcare organisations consistently recover the most time: document workflows, knowledge management, staff administrative workflows and communications. Each change is built, tested against real data, documented and handed over with full staff guidance.

The Ongoing Operations Partnership provides continuous operational improvement leadership for healthcare organisations that want to compound their gains over time.
As a long-term partner, we provide continuous improvement across your operations, governance review as regulation and guidance evolve, adoption support for your staff and regular performance reporting. We work alongside your leadership to identify new opportunities and ensure existing systems remain effective and compliant.
This tier is not required. Many clients complete a sprint and operate independently. The partnership is designed for organisations that want operational improvement to continue beyond a single project.

Questions about our services
Do I have to go through all three stages?
No. The Operations Audit is a standalone fixed-fee engagement. Many clients complete a 90-Day Sprint and do not move to the partnership. Each stage is designed to work independently, and there is no pressure to progress beyond what is useful to your organisation.
Why does the audit cost £1,500?
The audit is a structured professional assessment, not a free sales call. You receive a documented opportunity assessment, ROI estimates and a prioritised roadmap within 24 hours. If you book a sprint within 30 days, the fee is credited in full, so the audit effectively costs nothing if you proceed.
How is the sprint fee calculated?
The fee is based on the scope agreed during the audit. Simpler implementations cost less; complex, multi-system builds cost more. The exact figure is agreed before any work begins. You receive a one-page proposal with the total cost before committing.
What tools do you use?
Whatever is most appropriate for the specific problem and your existing infrastructure. Common choices include Make, n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Microsoft-compatible integrations. We have no vendor relationships that influence our recommendations and we do not build proprietary platforms that create dependency on us.
How do you handle clinical data?
Patient data and PII remain inside your Microsoft estate. We do not extract or move sensitive clinical data without explicit agreement and appropriate safeguards. All clinical builds include human-in-the-loop oversight by design, not as an afterthought.
