The journey
Three stages. No surprises.
A clear process from first conversation to working system. Fixed fees at every stage. Everything documented and handed over at the end.
Stage 01
AI Operations Review
Free. 20 minutes.
The AI Operations Review is a free, 20-minute diagnostic call that identifies the three highest-impact automation opportunities in your current operations. It is not a sales pitch. There is no pitch deck. You will leave with a clear picture of where AI can recover the most time and what it would cost to act on it.
We focus on one question: where is a person currently doing something that a machine could do reliably? The answer is almost always three or four specific workflows. We find them, rank them by hours-saved potential, and give you the information to make a decision.
What you get
- + A ranked list of three automation opportunities specific to your business
- + An estimated hours-saved figure for each opportunity
- + A rough cost range if you choose to proceed with any of them
- + No obligation to take any further step
Stage 02
90-Day Automation Sprint
From £5,000. Fixed fee.
The 90-Day Automation Sprint is a fixed-fee engagement that builds, tests, and hands over one or two automation systems within ninety days. Scope is agreed and fixed at the start. Price is agreed and fixed at the start. What you see in the proposal is what you pay.
The sprint uses existing AI infrastructure where possible. We do not build proprietary platforms that create dependency on us. We connect the tools you already pay for, add the intelligence layer where it is needed, and document everything so your team can operate it from day one.
What's included
- + Full system design and build based on your specific workflows
- + Testing against your real data with a defined performance threshold
- + Full documentation: how it works, how to monitor it, how to update it
- + Handover session with your team
- + 30 days post-handover support at no additional cost
Stage 03
Premium tier
Fractional CAIO Retainer
From £2,500 / month.
The Fractional CAIO Retainer gives you ongoing access to an experienced AI operator who manages your automation infrastructure, monitors performance, and identifies new opportunities as your business grows.
As AI regulation evolves and new tooling becomes available, your automation systems need active management. The retainer ensures your infrastructure stays compliant, performant, and expanding into new areas without requiring you to follow the market yourself.
This tier is not required. Many clients complete a sprint and operate independently for months before considering it. It is designed for businesses that want AI to compound over time rather than remain static.
What's included
- + Monthly infrastructure review and performance monitoring
- + Compliance monitoring as UK AI regulation evolves
- + Identification and scoping of new automation opportunities
- + Unlimited email and messaging support
- + Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice.
Questions about the process
Do I have to go through all three stages?
No. The AI Operations Review is a standalone free call. Many clients complete a 90-Day Sprint and do not move to the retainer. The stages are designed to work independently, and there is no pressure to progress beyond what is useful to you.
How is the fixed fee calculated?
The fee is based on the scope agreed during the AI Operations Review. Simpler automations with clear inputs and outputs cost less. Complex, multi-system integrations cost more. Engagements start from £5,000, and you receive a one-page proposal with the exact figure before any work begins.
What tools do you use?
We use whatever tools are most appropriate for the specific problem. Common choices include Make (formerly Integromat), Zapier, n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and custom Python scripts. We do not have vendor relationships that influence our recommendations.
What if the system needs updating after handover?
All systems come with 30 days of post-handover support. Updates required within that window are included at no cost. After 30 days, updates can be handled by your team using the documentation provided, or by engaging us for a smaller fixed-fee update project.
Can I start with just the Operations Review?
Yes. The Operations Review is free and carries no obligation. A significant number of businesses book the call, receive their opportunity map, and decide to act on it internally. That outcome is entirely acceptable to us.
