How is this different from the Diagnostic Audit?
The Diagnostic Audit finds where you are losing time and money and tells you what to automate. The AI Readiness Assessment tells you whether your organisation is structurally ready to adopt AI — covering data quality, infrastructure, and governance. Many organisations do both before beginning implementation.
What do I receive at the end?
A written assessment report scoring your organisation across the four readiness dimensions, identifying the gaps that need to be addressed, and recommending a sequenced action plan. The report is board-ready and includes an executive summary.
What if we are not ready for AI yet?
The assessment will tell you exactly what needs to be in place and in what order. Many organisations find the gaps are smaller than expected — and the report gives them a concrete plan to address them, typically within 3–6 months.
